Public scholar, linguist, believer in the future through education, draw on inspiration from the United States and France, two countries I have called home.

Before committing to my passion for education, I developed an expansive knowledge of foreign affairs, business, history, and social science at various organizations. I served as a Congressional Fellow in the United States Senate, consulted for the World Bank and the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development, and led a four-year career in commercial and investment banking. I earned my bachelor’s degree from American University and my master’s and PhD from Columbia University. These many opportunities took me across America, as well as to Europe, Africa, and Asia.
